Speed & Jump Training

Speed Training is a very specific way to intentionally, over 3 weeks, improve your daughters speed. We use specific and varying agility movements to help our athletes get faster. Over the summer, we will be doing this on the sand to really expedite this growth. We begin with initial measurements of typical runs and do exercises that emphasize explosive movements and quickness.

Jump Training is another focused way to improve your daughters vertical over 3 weeks. Similar to Speed Training, we begin with initial measurements and then will use elite and focused training to trigger those quick-twitch muscles and optimize movements in order to jump higher.

These workouts typically last for 30 minutes and are very focused over a short period of time.
